Anemia of this type is indicated by such symptoms as: numbness of the hands and feet, deterioration of their sensitivity, inflammation of the tongue, problems with ingestion of food, an increase in the size of the liver and spleen.
Treatment of anemia involves correction of the diet with the inclusion of products of animal origin in the menu. Also, you should work on the cause that led to vitamin B12 deficiency.
